Crompton Thermal
The Crompton Thermal range is a steel fire doorset designed to combine fire performance, smoke control and improved thermal efficiency within a reinforced steel construction platform. Developed for infrastructure and commercial environments, the system supports projects where fire compliance and thermal performance are both key specification requirements.
Manufactured using reinforced Zintec steel construction with internal reinforcement and steel cross members, Crompton Thermal is designed for demanding operational environments requiring dependable fire performance and improved insulation values. Integrated smoke seals, specialist locking systems and reinforced fixing arrangements support long term reliability across large scale applications.

Construction & Materials
45mm thick leaf construction manufactured from 1.5mm Zintec skins with steel cross members and internal reinforcement.
100mm deep fixed frame installed using M8 x 75 CSK anchor bolts.
Fully welded steel construction with reinforced internal steel members developed for fire and thermal performance applications.
12mm step threshold fitted with teardrop and intumescent seals throughout. Polyester powder coated, wet paint and polished stainless steel finish options available.
