DOOR LEAF

• 3mm carbon-steel welded leaf withcutting-resistant, anti-crush construction. Standard 56mm thickness, with thicker acoustic options improving U-value. Stainless-steel variant available.

FRAME

• 120 × 65mm single-rebate “P” profile in 4mm pressed steel with 5mm backing plate. Supplied in four-piece screwed/bolted construction. Frame dimensions vary by performance.

LOCKING SYSTEM

• Surelock McGill 3-point or more latching with europrofile cylinder, cylinder guard, continuous cover pressing, manual top and bottom shoot bolts on passive leaves, and optional auto-deadlocking on closure.

  Deadlocking tested to 1,000,000 cycles.

IRONMONGERY

• Heavy-duty stainless-steel continuous hinge with concealed fixings
• Multiple rebated hinge bolts locking into the frame
• Lever or pull-handle options for latch operation
• Optional internal heavy-duty LCN overhead closer
• Panic hardware available on request

SURFACE FINISH

• Polyester powder-coated (PPC)
• Wet paint finish available
• Polished stainless steel available

CONFIGURATION

• Available as a single or double leaf, with inward or outward opening and left- or right-hand active leaves. Vision panels available on request.

INSTALLATION

• Requires 10mm head and 5mm jamb clearance.
• Suitable for brick, block, concrete, or steel structures using approved fixings.
