The Bromley Doorset

Dimensions & Specifications

DOOR LEAF

The 53.5mm leaf is manufactured from 3.0mm S275 carbon steel with GRG board insulation, providing up to 120 minutes fire resistance to BS EN 1634-1.
Approximate leaf mass: 160kg.

FRAME

75 × 120mm single-rebate “P” profile.
4.0mm S275 carbon steel construction.
Four-piece mitred, welded and dressed frame.
5mm × 40mm reinforcement plates.

SEALS & THRESHOLDS

Weather seals available for external doors.
The threshold is formed from 6mm S275 carbon steel, with optional integral sealing.

IRONMONGERY

The door is fitted with a 304-grade stainless-steel 1606 piano hinge with concealed fixings and rebated hinge bolts, supplied with slimline SL315-04 stainless-steel lever furniture and a Certifire-rated door closer.

SURFACE FINISH

Polyester powder-coated (PPC)
Wet paint finish available
Polished stainless steel available

CONFIGURATION

Available as single or double leaf, with left- or right-hand active options
Additional earthing straps, contacts and door stops available

LOCKING SYSTEM

INSTALLATION

Installation requires 10mm head clearance and 5mm jamb clearance, using approved fixings suitable for the supporting substrate.
