110mm thick stainless steel leaf incorporating specialist insulation for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance. Approximate leaf mass of 136kg.
4mm pressed stainless steel rebated frame with fully welded flush corner joints, reinforced fixing points and welded threshold assembly.
Reinforced stainless steel construction developed for tunnel infrastructure and controlled access environments.
Graphite based intumescent seals supplied with 5mm welded threshold as standard. Wet applied protective paint system available to project specified colour requirements.
