110mm thick leaf construction with internal steel channel framing incorporating Searox Rockwool and Marineflex insulation. Passive side leaf formed with RHS internal construction and Searox Rockwool insulation.

4mm 316L stainless-steel frame construction with 5mm 316L stainless-steel threshold. Frame profile incorporates a thermal barrier between the two frames.
Reinforced steel construction with insulated core technology developed for pressure-resistant environments.
Specialist sealing arrangement includes Tadpole seals, Pyroplex intumescent strips, Lorient centre seals and SCHALL-EX drop seals fitted to both leaves.
