As a dedicated door manufacturer, we are committed to supporting our customers and ensuring their doors are safely maintained. That’s why we offer a fully comprehensive service and maintenance package.

Our high-performance steel doors are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, but they need to be maintained regularly to ensure maximum performance. When you take out our service package – we’ll service your doors regularly and will be on hand should you encounter any problems, with lock and hinge failures for example, or anything that could affect the integrity, performance and protection level of the doors.

We know that keeping track of maintenance and servicing is another pressure on your time. We can help by doing it for you. We’ll contact you when your doors need servicing, and help you ensure that they comply with health and safety regulations. Regular servicing reduces the likelihood of unexpected and often costly repairs and will save you unnecessary unplanned cost.

We have experienced engineers on hand for routine maintenance, servicing and one-off callouts. We guarantee a next day response for emergency breakdowns. Our engineers will carry spare parts wherever possible or practical, so can often repair doors on the spot. We also stock spares at our UK manufacturing plant if required, enabling faster repair times for more complicated jobs and less disruption to your business.
