Booth’s gear up for the future with new appointments

Over the past few years Booth Industries has experienced sustained growth in the nuclear and offshore markets which, along with the future prospects provided by the UK nuclear new build programme, have prompted the need for investment in three new front line managers.

John Falch has been appointed as Account Manager. He will manage the relationship and day-to-day working with Booth Industries key French partner, Baumert. Booth has entered into a commercial Heads of Terms agreement with Baumert to supply doors to the nuclear new build projects in the UK starting with the Hinkley Point C power station in Somerset.

Kirsten Rhodes has been recruited as Project Manager and her primary role will be to manage the substantial contracts that are currently being let by the Ministry of Defence, for the supply of specialised doors and security doors as part of their on-going new build programme.

Last, but by no means least, is the appointment of Maria Salcedo-Puerta as Project Manager. She will have responsibility for managing the contracts coming from the continued investment by the major blue chip oil and gas companies in the off-shore industry.

John Hynes, Managing Director for Redhall Manufacturing commented: “There are excellent future opportunities for Booth industries. This investment in key frontline staff further enhances its current project management capability and provides the building blocks for the sustained growth of the business.”
