Booth Indutries Ltd are exclusive manufacturers of the Ashford and Cambridge security doors.  The doors developed by the ‘Security Facilities Executive’ – Security Services Group (an agency of the UK government Department of the Environment) are tested and approved for use in the most secure military and government installations.

The Cambridge doorset attains the highest level of security , as required by the MoD security and HM Government, and is approved to ‘High’ level, which is designed to resist extreme physical attack.   The Ashford doorset provides security resistance to the ‘Enhanced’ level .  If required, we can also provide doorsets to the lower ‘Base’ level.

In response to market requirements, for larger applications and where hinged doorsets are unsuitable, we are also able to offer the Booth “Standfast” sliding security door which has been successfully tested to the ‘High’ lever of security.  This doorset is available suitable for personnel opening size door applications through to aircraft main access doors.  We can offer this product in a variety of configurations, from sliding single leaf to multiple leaf bi-parting configuration with power operation.

The Booth ‘Rivington’ and ‘Bromley’ doorsets have been recent additions to our range of approved specialist security doors. These have been developed and tested to provide resistance to extreme physical attack, up to the HM Government ‘Intermediate’ (Rivington) and ‘High’ (Bromley) levels of security protection classification.  In addition to this, these doors also offer a fire resistance of 240 minutes, along with varying levels of blast protection to suit specific site requirements.

Enhancements may be provided to each doorset for acoustic rating / sound reduction, ballistic protection and higher level blast protection.   We also offer enhanced doorsets for nuclear shielding requirements, and have extensive site experience on nuclear sites and power stations.  Please consult with our sales office for your specific requirements.

Booth blast wall systems are also available for security applications, providing an effective solution for new developments and upgrade projects.

The Booth lightweight modular steel wall system is available for both new build and refurbishment projects, and is engineered & manufactured for each project. We have supplied over 189,000m2 of bespoke wall systems for buildings, modules and security upgrade projects. Our blast wall system provides protection for the requirements of C15 and C25, for people in protected spaces.
